Feedback channel status
A public support mailbox or online submission channel has not been configured for this initial release. There is no working contact form on this page, and downloading a template does not send a message. We will publish a verified contact channel here when one is available.
What to include
- The page or tool you used.
- The exact inputs and their units.
- The result shown and the result you expected.
- Your browser, device, and timezone if the issue involves a deadline.
- Clear steps that reproduce the problem.
Do not include passwords, private files, customer information, or anything sensitive. A screenshot of a calculator can be useful, but first check it for personal details. If the problem is a real upload that failed, contact the destination service or your provider; this site does not observe or operate transfers.
Check the assumptions first
Many apparent errors come from MB versus Mb, GB versus GiB, or using download speed for an upload. The methodology page documents the formulas and limits. If those do not explain the result, preserve the feedback note so that it is ready when a verified channel is published.
